Orders & Payments
We offer a 10-day return policy on all items. If you have received a damaged product, or different product or size, you can return the product in its original condition and get an exchange of another product as per your request. However, we do not accept refunds requests.
Yes, you can exchange a product you received for a totally different product, provided the new product is of the same or a higher price. In case of a higher price, you would need to pay the difference. You can contact customer support who will assist in placing the exchange order.
To exchange a product, please fill out the return/ exchange form within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details, including photos of damaged or incorrect items (if any), and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Exchanges are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned product back. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and the exchange order is shipped.
The exchange order will be delivered within 5-7 days for Metro cities and 7-10 days for Non-Metro cities.
Exchanges are not applicable for Products bought on Sale other than damaged or wrong product / size delivered

In such payment failure cases, the amount is normally credited back to your account by the bank within 7 working days. For any further clarification, you can reach out to Customer Support.
. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else. In case you desire any changes or edits in your order, kindly contact/Whatsapp us. Our customer care team will help you out with customized solutions wherever possible. All Cancel Requested orders will be wallet refunded instantly to prevent cancellation charges from the respective banks.
Yes, we do have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for most pincodes in India. Irrespective of your order amount, an additional Rs.100 will be added to your total if you choose the payment mode as Cash on Delivery (COD).
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we will happily assist you in exchanging a damaged or incorrect product.
In the case of an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost for the return. For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on the delivery partner's website.
We usually ship your order within 24 hours (subject to availability) and it would take around 5-7 days to be delivered if you are in Metro cities. It may take up to 7-10 working days if you are in Non-Metro cities.
If you receive a package that is either damaged or tampered, you refuse to accept the delivery. Then, please contact us immediately via whatsapp with your order number. We shall send you a replacement delivery at the earliest.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method. You’ll see the shipping cost before completing your payment.
If you’re not at home when the delivery is attempted, the delivery agent will try to re-attempt the delivery once again. If you are still not available for as long as the re-attempts are made, the package will return back to us. You can place a new order when you are available.
Sometimes it might take time for the tracking information to get updated. Please wait for 24 hours and if still no update, reach out to Customer support and we will track it for you
Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your order
