Indian Threads – Return & Exchange Policy

At Indian Threads, we are committed to delivering premium quality and a seamless shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The first exchange is complimentary. Any additional exchange requests will include a 150 handling charge.
  • Once the first exchange has been processed, any further return requests will be eligible for store credit only.
  • Exchange requests are processed once the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes our quality check process. This typically takes 7–10 working days.
  • In case two pickup attempts are unsuccessful, customers may be requested to ship the product to the provided address at their own expense.

Return Policy

  • Returns are processed once the product reaches our warehouse and passes our quality check process. This typically takes 7–10 working days.

Refund Process

Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes quality verification.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued exclusively as store credit, which can be used on future purchases at Indian Threads.

Sale & Promotional Orders

Products purchased using special promotional offers or discount codes during sale events (including Black Friday and similar campaigns) are eligible for exchange only.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, perfume/deodorant marks, or alterations may not qualify for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or an unboxing video for quick assistance.

Important Note

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to a quality inspection by our team once the product is received at our warehouse.
