Indian Threads – Return & Exchange Policy At Indian Threads, we are committed to delivering premium quality and a seamless shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Exchange Policy • Exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery. • The first exchange is complimentary. Any additional exchange requests will include a 150 handling charge. • Once the first exchange has been processed, any further return requests will be eligible for store credit only. • Exchange requests are processed once the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes our quality check process. This typically takes 7–10 working days. • In case two pickup attempts are unsuccessful, customers may be requested to ship the product to the provided address at their own expense. Refund Process • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned product passes quality verification. • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued exclusively as store credit, which can be used on future purchases at Indian Threads. Sale & Promotional Orders• Products purchased using special promotional offers or discount codes during sale events (including Black Friday and similar campaigns) are eligible for exchange only. Return Eligibility • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact. • Products showing signs of wear, damage, perfume/deodorant marks, or alterations may not qualify for return or exchange. Damaged or Incorrect Products • In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images or an unboxing video for quick assistance. Important Note • All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to a quality inspection by our team once the product is received at our warehouse.
